Washington Man Extradited From Poland, Held In $30 Million Ponzi Scheme
Charles Nolon Bush, a former Port Orchard, Washington resident who fled to France and then Poland after his investment business collapsed in 2002, was ordered detained on Monday in US District Court in Tacoma; he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Seattle in August 2006 on 32 counts including securities fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering.
